I – GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Conditions of admission and residence<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must be authorized by the manager or his representative. It is the responsibility of the campsite manager to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and that these rules and regulations are applied. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them. No one may elect domicile there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Police formalities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Unaccompanied minors will only be admitted with written authorization from their parents. Pursuant to article R. 611-35 of the Code de l’Entr\u00e9e et du S\u00e9jour des Etrangers et du Droit d’Asile, the manager is required to have foreign guests complete and sign an individual police form on arrival. In particular, it must mention :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\u00b0 Full name ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\u00b0 Date and place of birth ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\u00b0 Nationality ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\u00b0 habitual place of residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children under the age of 15 may appear on the card of one of the parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Installation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Outdoor accommodation (tent, caravan, van, camper van, etc.) and related equipment must be set up on the specified pitch in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Reception desk<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open from 09H00 to 12H00 and from 15H00 to 18H00 from Monday to Sunday. At the reception desk, you’ll find all the information you need on campsite services, emergency numbers, refreshment facilities, sports facilities, local tourist attractions and other useful addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A complaints collection and processing system is available to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Display<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These rules and regulations are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. It is given to every customer who requests it. For classified campsites, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to customers in accordance with the conditions laid down by order of the Minister for Consumer Affairs, and can be consulted at reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Departure terms and fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Fees are payable at the reception desk on arrival before any installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers are asked to inform the reception desk of their departure the day before. Guests intending to leave before the reception desk opens must pay for their stay the day before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Noise and silence<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Guests are kindly requested to avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb their neighbors. Sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Door and trunk locks should be as discreet as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dogs and other animals must never be left at large. They must not be left on the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. The manager ensures the peace and quiet of his customers by setting times for total silence between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Animals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dogs are admitted to the campsite under the following conditions: Presentation of their health booklet showing animal identification by tattoo or other approved means (Decree of June 30, 1992) and valid anti-rabies vaccination (Decree of January 22, 1985).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dogs must never be allowed to run at large. They must be kept on a leash and relieve themselves outside the campsite. They must not be left in the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners. Animals are strictly forbidden to use and access the sanitary facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Visitors<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers receiving them. The customer may receive one or more visitors at the reception desk. Campground services and facilities are accessible to visitors. However, use of these facilities may be subject to a fee, which must be posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. Visitors’ cars are not allowed on the campsite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Vehicle traffic and parking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No vehicles may be parked on the campsite. All 4 and 2-wheel motorized vehicles must park in the designated parking area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside the campsite, vehicles must not exceed a speed of 10 Km\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No vehicles are allowed inside the campsite between 8.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m. The access gate will also be closed during this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parking must not impede traffic flow or prevent the arrival of newcomers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Maintenance and appearance of installations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could damage the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly sanitary facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is forbidden to dispose of wastewater on the ground or in gutters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers are responsible for emptying wastewater into the facilities provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Household waste, garbage of all kinds and paper must be placed in the garbage cans. Sorting household waste must be respected and carried out by everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Linen may be hung in the communal dryer. However, it is tolerated until 10 a.m. in the vicinity of accommodation, provided it is discreet and does not disturb neighbors. It should never be made from trees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to drive nails into trees, cut branches or plant trees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not permitted to demarcate the site of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. It is strictly forbidden to tamper with the electrical terminals and to modify the safety system of the sockets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any damage to vegetation, fences, grounds or campsite facilities will be paid for by the person responsible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pitch used during the stay must be maintained in the same condition as the camper found it on arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Security<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. a) Fire<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Smoking is strictly prohibited in mobile homes and other public areas such as beaches, swimming pools and sanitary facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Wood or charcoal barbecues are permitted, and a bucket of water must be kept close by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Stoves must be kept in good working order and not be used in unsafe conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Electric vehicles may not be recharged in mobile homes or outdoor charging stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the event of fire, notify management immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fire extinguishers can be used when necessary and are available to all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A first-aid kit is available at the reception desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. b) Theft<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Management is responsible for items deposited at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campground. Campers are responsible for their own facilities and must report any suspicious persons to the manager. Customers are advised to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Management will not be held responsible for theft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      13. Games<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      No violent or disruptive games may be played in the vicinity of the facilities. Children must always be supervised by their parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      14. Dead garage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the site with the agreement of the management, and only in the location indicated. A fee may be charged for this service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      15. Departure and inventory<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Mobile homes must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure in high season. Late departures are possible at 2:00 p.m. out of season if the stay includes the offer, otherwise the same applies, i.e. 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Campsites must be vacated by 12.00 p.m. at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      An inventory of fixtures will be carried out before departure by a member of the campsite staff in the presence of the hirer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The deposit will be returned only after the inventory of fixtures and fittings has been carried out and if no anomalies are found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The property must also be returned in the same state of cleanliness as it was rented to you. If this is not the case, you will be liable for the cleaning fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      16. Swimming pool<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The swimming pool area is open during the campsite opening period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      All customers must wear the campsite wristband; without it, they will be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Access is free and strictly reserved for campsite guests, who must comply with health and safety regulations. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, who are solely responsible for their supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Animals are strictly forbidden in the pool area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Before entering the pool, each customer must take a shower and pass through the foot bath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      It is strictly forbidden to wear shoes, eat, drink or smoke in the pool or solarium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Access to bathing areas is forbidden to anyone with suspicious skin lesions who is not in possession of a medical certificate of non-contagion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Clean children are allowed to bathe, otherwise they must wear a special swimming-pool diaper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      No running or diving in the pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      All guests are required to comply with the information given at the entrance and in the pool area as soon as they are admitted to the campsite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The pool is unsupervised and use is at the bathers’ own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The management declines all responsibility in the event of accidents on the pool premises. At certain times, a member of the management team may be asked to enforce the rules and regulations of the pool. In the event of non-compliance, and depending on the seriousness of the problem, the management may decide to exclude the person temporarily or permanently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      17. Infringement of internal regulations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The campsite manager is responsible for keeping the campsite tidy and tidy. He has a duty to punish serious breaches of the rules, and if necessary, to expel troublemakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In the event of a customer disrupting the stay of other users or failing to comply with the provisions of these rules and regulations, the manager or his representative may, orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give formal notice to the customer to cease the disturbance. In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the rules and regulations, and after formal notice to comply, the manager may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      18. Claims<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you notice any anomalies during your stay, we invite you to make your complaint on the spot (particularly concerning the inventory, the inventory of fixtures and the cleaning of the accommodation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Any dissatisfaction concerning the state of cleanliness or the general condition of the accommodation must be notified no later than 24 hours after arrival, so that remedial action can be taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      No complaint will be accepted more than 24 hours after the day of arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Any other complaint concerning the non-conformity of the services must be made in writing by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by email to Camping Landrezac Plage – 10 Rue des Fr\u00e8res Le Boulicaut – 56370 SARZEAU – campinglandrezacplage@orange.fr<\/a>, within 30 days of the end of the stay. Our service will deal with your complaint within one month of receipt of your letter or e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      After submitting a written complaint by post or e-mail to the campsite, and failing a satisfactory response within one month, the customer may, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, refer the matter to the M\u00e9diateur du Tourisme et du Voyage – MEDICYS – 73 Boulevard de Clichy, 75009 Paris, www.medicys.fr<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
